Breeze 4.1 Scheduled to Go Offline
In January 2006, we sent a message updating all Breeze users on the launch of Breeze 5.1. In that message, we indicated that the Breeze 4.1 server will go offline. This message is to notify you that at the end of summer 2006, the Breeze 4.1 server will go offline to complete the transition from Breeze 4.1 to Breeze 5.1. When Breeze 4.1 goes offline, it will become unavailable for Breeze Live meetings and for publishing Breeze Presentations.
If you are currently publishing presentations and/or hosting meetings in Breeze 4.1 and need information on how to start using Breeze 5.1, there are two options for you to get help:
Online Support and FAQ - The Breeze web site has information available on migrating from Breeze 4.1 to Breeze 5.1. Go to http://breeze.umn.edu/support/migration/index.html for more information.
Available Training - Breeze 5: Migrating from Breeze 4.1 is a free seminar through University Technology Training Center (UTTC) that will be offered throughout the summer. The first session will be held on May 16. For additional sessions and other training options for Breeze 5, see UTTC's web site at http://uttc.umn.edu/.
If you have any questions about this email or the migration from Breeze 4.1 to Breeze 5.1, please contact Breeze Support at breeze@umn.edu.
